January – The family decided to read me; I was very busy at the beginning of this year. I barely had any time to rest.

February – They put me on the shelf; last month’s enthusiasm is gone.

March – The grandfather came to visit. It was amazing to be taken off the shelf and kept in his arms.

April – I’m going to church for the first time.

May – Its springtime. Everything is full of life. The flowers are beautiful. They put a flower in between my pages.

June – The daughter of the family is getting married. They moved me from one place to another.

July – Everybody is going on vacation. They put me in their luggage. I hope I’ll be read.

August – I’m still in the bag. No one touched me!

September – I’m back home. This time I’m with other books and DVDs. Wish I had speakers so that I could get their attention.

October – Someone in the family is ill. Since the pastor is coming to visit, they put me on the dining table.

November – Back to my place…

December – Everyone is getting ready for Christmas. With all the cooking and gift buying and wrapping they forgot about me. I’m under the wrapping paper.
