REFUND POLICY
1) If you have purchased individual videos (not membership) and were unable to download the video(s) due to a technical failure, Videos2Worship.com is committed to helping the customers get their product by fixing the error. However, if the customer was unable to download the video(s) and would rather get a refund, we are happy to honor that request.
2) If you have purchased a membership and then decided you want to cancel your membership, you are able to do that as long as you have not downloaded any paid content. However, if you have downloaded paid content, we can’t issue a refund.
CURRENCY: All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars.
