Occasionally I get emails form my visitors and customers asking various questions. Today I will address the following question: “Can lyrics be added to the background stills or videos in a PowerPoint format?”
For those of you using PowerPoint to project your worship lyrics it is recommended you use still backgrounds. It is much easier to set up.
Videos can be added to the Power Point, however it is very difficult to get a video background to loop continuously in Power Point.
If you would like to have videos as background for your lyrics, sermon notes and announcements it is highly recommended you use presentation programs such as Media Shout and Propresenter. Personally I recommend Media Shout or Easyworship for Windows computer and Propresenter for Mac computers (Propresenter works with PC computers, as well). There are some other options, however these three seem to be the most popular ones.
